DOUG STOEHR: My name is attorney Doug Stoehr. I’ve been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania for about 15 years.

NAT SMITH: I’m attorney Nate Smith. I’m with the Law Firm of Stoehr & Smith. My partner and I have brought together vast resources of experience and knowledge. I believe we’re in the only law firm in Blair County that focuses solely on personal injury. Our firm consists of attorneys who grew up and lived in Blair County.

DOUG STOEHR: I wanted to move back to my hometown. I thought it’d be a terrific place to raise my daughter and get reconnected with the people I knew growing up here. I’ve been able to help former friends, professional acquaintances, teachers, family members, which is very important to me.

NAT SMITH: After three years of doing defense work, then I returned to the plaintiff side. Since 1992, I have done nothing but personal injury plaintiff’s practice and focus much more attention than a larger firm has the ability to do on each and every one of our cases.

DOUG STOEHR: While attending law school at night in Philadelphia, I worked during the day for two large insurance companies. I investigated and handled large automobile, product liability, and other losses as a senior claims representative. These are virtually the same type of claims I handle presently for my clients. Having worked for the companies has given me a great deal of insight on how the insurance companies try to manage the claim.
