ABC News 27 recently reported on a fatal ATV crash that occurred over Labor Day weekend. According to their online news report, four people were riding on an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) in northeast Pennsylvania when the vehicle hit a rock and rolled over. One of the passengers died, and the other three were injured. Unfortunately, this type of accident is not unusual for the area. Pennsylvania is among the top states for ATV injuries and fatalities. Those statistics are also consistently high when the demographics are broken down by children and young adult accidents.
