According to the report, the vacationing woman fell down a wet stairway aboard one of the cruise ships and fractured her ankle. The lawsuit states that the Carnival ship failed to put slip-resistant material on parts of the stairs, employees didn’t remove the water on the stairs, nor did the ship warn passengers of potentially slippery conditions.
