Dog Attack In PA Area

Unfortunately, another dog bite case has made state news recently.  In the Erie, PA area, a child was seriously injured after being attacked by a neighbor's dog.  The child's injuries were serious enough that he was transported to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.
