Unfortunately, another dog bite case has made state news recently. In the Erie, PA area, a child was seriously injured after being attacked by a neighbor's dog. The child's injuries were serious enough that he was transported to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh. On top of the injuries, the news reported that the dog was not current on its rabies shots.
